Shipping policy

This shipping policy is for the Pino Silvestre US store. We dropship catalog orders from the manufacturer to addresses in the United States.

Shipping rates. Standard shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 ship at the rate shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery. We process orders within 48 hours. Packages typically arrive in 7 days or less. Every order includes tracking so you can follow the shipment.

Packaging. Glass cologne bottles ship in protective outer packaging so the bottle and sprayer survive transit. We do not use velvet boxes, white-glove delivery, signature-on-delivery, or a concierge service as standard shipping, and we do not advertise international delivery to every corner of the globe.
